Cylindrical tanks in Campo de Criptana

Cylindrical tanks
At Talleres Manza, our cylindrical tanks for liquid fuels and gasoline are a benchmark in Campo de Criptana.
Single-walled cylindrical tanks from 1,000 l to 50,000 l, single-walled, above-ground or underground.
At Talleres Manza, we have horizontal cylindrical tanks for liquid fuels and fuels, both aboveground and underground, at atmospheric pressure. We also manufacture vertical tanks for aboveground tanks.
The tank is constructed of a cylindrical section and convex bottoms that enclose the cylinder. These are manufactured from sheet steel joined by welding. The tank may have one or more internal compartments that are sealed.
Features:
- Manufactured according to UNE Standards: 62350 - 1 and 62351 - 1 for the national market and NF88512 and Pren 122285-1 for international markets.
- Material used in the body of the steel tank according to UNE - EN 10025 Standard.
- Drawing Funds.
- Single-sheet ferrules of maximum width.
- The welding used is approved with UNE EN 288.
- Hooks required for handling when empty.
Interior finish
- Industry type
Exterior finish
- Shot blasting up to sa 2½.
Buried tanks
- Coating based on one-component exposi paint with minimum thicknesses of 600 microns and resistant to 15 Kv direct current piercing voltage test according to UNE 21316 (parts 1 and 2).
Aerial tanks
- Coating based on polyurethane paint with a minimum of 80 microns and a resistance of at least 360 hours in salt spray testing, according to UNE 11207.
Double-walled tanks from 1,000 l to 50,000 l. Aboveground or Underground. Steel/Steel
The cylindrical tanks for liquid fuels and gasoline we manufacture at Talleres Manza in Campo de Criptana are horizontal, aboveground, or underground, and at atmospheric pressure. We also manufacture vertical tanks in aboveground tanks.
A double-wall tank combines an inner tank (see Single Wall) and a partial shell around it, creating a sealed space intended to allow leak detection.
