Cylindrical Tanks

Single-wall tanks holding 1,000 litres through to single-wall TMA tanks holding 50,000 litres. Free-standing or buried.

The tanks are horizontal (we also manufacture vertical free-standing tanks) and intended for storing liquid fuel at atmospheric pressure; they can be either free-standing or buried.

The tanks consist of a cylinder with convex ends and are constructed using welded steel sheets. A tank can have one or several inner compartments that are sealed off from each other.

  • Manufactured to UNE 62350-1 and 62351-1 Standards for the domestic market and to NF88512 and Pren 12285-1

Standards for international markets

  • The material used for the body of the tank is UNE-EN10025 Standard steel.
  • Punch-press bottom.
  • Single sheet maximum width ferrules.
  • The welding is to UNE-EN288 Standard.
  • Hooks fitted for handling when empty.

Interior finish

  • Industrial type

Exterior finish

  • Shot-blasted up to SA 2½
  • Buried tanks: coated with single component epoxy paint with a minimum thickness of 600 microns and resistant under test conditions to 15kV perforation tension with continuous current to UNE 21316 Standard (parts 1 and 2).

Free-standing tanks: coated with polyurethane paint with a minimum of 80 microns and at least 360 hours‘ resistance in testing with saline mist according to UNE 11207 Standard.

1,000-litre to 50,000-litre double-wall tanks. Free-standing or buried. Steel/Steel

The tanks are horizontal (we also manufacture vertical free-standing tanks) and intended for storing liquid fuel at atmospheric pressure; they can be either free-standing or buried.

A double-wall tank combined with an inner tank (see single-wall) and a partial covering aromd it, creating a sealed space enabling leaks to be detected.
